You get consistent support from a trusted team that gets to know your people, your business, and your goals. You’ll be supported by a dedicated two-person HR team. This structure allows us to provide consistently responsive service while ensuring that at least one team member is always available and up to speed on your organization. The goal is that you never have to explain your culture or backstory from scratch—we’ll be right there with you, already familiar with your team, your values, and your current priorities.
We aim to respond to all messages within the same business day, and never longer than 24 hours. When something is time-sensitive, you’re encouraged to call or text directly. Our program was designed to prioritize real, accessible communication—because we know HR needs often can’t wait.

That means help with employee relations, policy interpretation, documentation and compliance questions, onboarding and job description development, and leadership coaching. We also offer training for your staff or leadership team and ongoing guidance on workplace culture and engagement. You’re not limited to one area—this program is designed to flex with your needs as they evolve throughout the year.
We offer a range of leadership and team development sessions, which can be customized to fit your team’s size, culture, and goals. Popular training topics include HR compliance for supervisors, interviewing and hiring best practices, harassment prevention, documentation and progressive discipline, and workplace investigations. On the leadership side, we frequently support teams with sessions on emotional intelligence, accountability, conflict resolution, coaching skills, and leading through change. We also offer training focused on workplace culture, such as psychological safety, trust-building, managing hybrid teams, and rebuilding morale after turnover or conflict. Coaching for individual leaders or managers is also available and can be tailored to specific skill-building needs.
In the third quarter of your contract year, we’ll check in and review your usage. If you haven’t used as much time as expected, we can help you apply that remaining support in a strategic way—whether that’s developing or updating an employee handbook, conducting an HR audit, holding a leadership or staff training, or offering targeted 1:1 coaching. Our goal is always to ensure the program delivers value, and we’ll work with you to align that value with your organization’s needs.
Pricing is based on the size of your team, with simple flat rates and no hidden fees. For teams under 10 employees, the annual fee is $2,500. For teams of 10–24 staff, the fee is $3,500, and for teams of 25–49, the fee is $4,500. If you have 50 or more staff, we’ll work with you on custom pricing that fits your structure. No matter the tier, you receive full access to the same range of services and support.
